Payslips
See your payslips in the app once your employer finalises the pay run.
Limits: In the app a payslip is view-only. On the web you can print it or save it as a PDF.
Leave
See your leave balance, send a request and read the answer in the app. Leave decisions arrive by email. The app sends push reminders for documents and onboarding tasks.
Limits: The team calendar is for managers and HR on the web, not in the employee app.
Documents and signing
Your documents are in one place, and you see only your own. Documents that need a signature can be signed on the phone.
Limits: There is no search across documents.
Profile and bank details
Update your address, phone, email and bank account in the app.
Limits: A bank change is saved at once and logged. If the bank account changes after a pay run is locked, HR must confirm the new one before the salary payment file is made. Bank changes in the app need your employer's payroll prep module.
One account with the web
The app and the web app use the same account and the same permissions. Your data is hosted in the EU and encrypted in transit and at rest, and sensitive actions are logged.
