Office by Elevera is made by a small studio that builds software for the way work actually happens in Europe. This is who we are, and why we keep it calm.
Why we build this
People operations got loud, and nobody chose that.
HR, payroll prep, leave, onboarding and compliance ended up scattered across spreadsheets, inboxes and a drawer of tools that never quite talk to each other. People who run real operations spend their days reconciling instead of leading. We think a back office should be quiet, trustworthy and out of the way, so the work that matters can have the attention.
- Sprawl is the default
- One question about a contract can mean five tabs, two exports and a chase across three people. The cost is rarely visible and never small.
- Silos lose the truth
- When the same person exists in four systems, none of them is right. Records drift, approvals stall, and nobody is sure which number to trust.
- Rules deserve respect
- European teams carry real obligations on data, retention and access. Most tools treat that as a checkbox. We treat it as the foundation.

The studio
Built by Elevera Studio, in Zagreb.
Office is made by Elevera Studio, a small Croatian software studio founded by Petar Markota in Zagreb. We are deliberately small. It means we answer for what we ship, we keep the surface tidy, and we say no to features that would make the product louder.
We are also the makers of Fleet by Elevera, used by operators to run vehicles, drivers and compliance in the field. Office and Fleet share an identity and a design language because they were built by the same hands, for the same kind of team.

Four principles we do not trade away.
These are not slogans. They are the decisions we make again every week, in code reviews and in what we choose not to build.
Calm by default
Quiet screens, clear next steps, no manufactured urgency. The product should lower your heart rate, not raise it.
One source of truth
A person, a contract, a leave balance exists once. Everything else reads from it, so the answer is never in dispute.
Least access
People see what their role needs and nothing more. Access is granted on purpose, never assumed, and always traceable.

Built for European rules from the first line: data residency in the EU, GDPR by design, and exports that fit how Europe actually runs payroll.
