Start a deletion request
Send your request from the email address used for Office to hello@eleverastudio.com. Include your full name and organisation name. Do not attach payslips, identity documents or other sensitive records.
We use the reply process to verify your identity before making an irreversible change. You do not need the mobile app installed to submit a request.
Employer-managed records
If your employer created your Office access, your employer controls the employment and payroll records held in its workspace. We will remove your Office sign-in and data controlled directly by Elevera after verification, and we will help your employer action the records it controls.
Deleting an Office login does not automatically erase records an employer must keep to meet employment, payroll, accounting, security or legal obligations.
What happens next
We acknowledge requests promptly, verify the account owner and confirm the scope of deletion. Where an organisation controls part of the data, we coordinate the request with an authorised organisation owner without disclosing unnecessary information.
When deletion is complete, the account can no longer sign in. We normally complete verified requests within 30 days and will explain if law or a complex organisation record requires more time.
Data we may retain
We delete or anonymise associated data unless it must be retained for fraud prevention, security, accounting, employment or another legal obligation. Any retained data is isolated from ordinary product use and kept only for the required period.
