Office is an EU-built back-office platform for small and mid-sized companies. It brings HR records, payroll preparation, compliance, absence, onboarding, performance, recruiting, and employee self-service into one calm workspace, so you stop stitching spreadsheets, inboxes, and disconnected tools together.
Create an account, add your company details, and import or add employees. You switch on only the modules you need and leave the rest off. Most teams have their people, departments, and leave policies in place within an afternoon, with no implementation project required.
Yes. Invite colleagues by email and assign roles. Managers see their own teams, employees see only their own records through self-service, and admins see the whole picture. Access is enforced at the data layer, not just hidden in the interface, so people only ever reach what their role allows.
You can create a workspace and explore Office before committing. Plans bill per employee and you can change tier or cancel as your team changes. If you would like a guided walkthrough before you decide, the contact team is happy to set one up.
Billing & plans
Three per-employee tiers, transparent pricing, and the freedom to move between them.
Pricing is per employee, per month: Core is EUR 6, Plus is EUR 11, and Pro is EUR 17. You only pay for active employees, and there are no setup fees or hidden module charges. Plus includes everything in Core, and Pro includes everything in Plus.
Core covers HR records, absence, and self-service. Plus adds onboarding, performance, and deeper compliance. Pro adds recruiting, payroll-prep export, and the closed-loop Fleet by Elevera integration. You choose the tier that matches how much of the back office you want to run in one place.
Yes. Move up or down a tier at any time, and add or remove employees as your team changes. Billing adjusts to your active headcount, so you are never paying for seats you no longer use.
Office bills in euros on a monthly or annual cycle. Annual billing carries a discount. You receive a clean, itemised invoice each period, and you can update payment details or download invoices from your account at any time.
Data & security
GDPR-first by design, hosted in the EU, with isolation and an audit trail you can show an auditor.
All customer data is hosted in the European Union. Office is built data-residency-first, so the most sensitive records a company keeps, salaries, contracts, leave, and performance, never leave EU infrastructure.
GDPR is the starting point, not a checkbox at the end. Office is designed around data minimisation, purpose limitation, and least-privilege access. We act as your processor, sign a data processing agreement, and publish our subprocessors so your own compliance story stays clean.
Access follows the role. Each company's data is isolated, managers reach only their own teams, and employees see only themselves through self-service. Sensitive fields like salary are gated tightly, and every meaningful action is written to an immutable audit trail.
Your data is yours. You can export employee, absence, and payroll-prep records at any time, and on cancellation we delete your data on the schedule set out in our agreement. There is no lock-in built from withheld exports.
Payroll & export
Office prepares clean, period-ready payroll data and exports it where your payroll runs.
Office is a payroll-prep platform, not a payroll bureau. It gathers the inputs that drive a payroll run, contracts, hours, absence, allowances, and changes, then exports them cleanly so the actual run happens with your provider or accountant. That keeps responsibility for the final calculation where it belongs.
Yes. Office exports payroll-prep data in a DATEV-ready format for German workflows and in the formats Croatian payroll needs. Your accountant receives structured, period-ready data instead of a pile of emails and spreadsheets to reconcile by hand.
Yes. You can grant your accountant scoped access to the data they need for a payroll period, without handing over the whole workspace. They pull the export, you keep control, and the audit trail records exactly what was shared and when.
The Fleet integration
If you run Fleet by Elevera, Office closes the loop between your people and your vehicles.
Fleet by Elevera is our fleet operations product for companies that run drivers and vehicles. When you use both, Office and Fleet share one source of truth for your people, so a hire, a role change, or an offboarding flows between HR and operations without anyone re-keying it.
Onboard a driver in Office and they are provisioned in Fleet. Their absence and availability inform dispatch, their certifications and reviews stay attached to one record, and when they leave, access is removed on both sides at once. People data and operations data stop drifting apart.
No. Office is a complete back-office platform on its own and most customers use it without Fleet. The integration is an advantage for companies that run a fleet; if that is you, it removes a whole class of double entry between HR and operations.
Your account
Manage your profile, security, notifications, and the people who can administer the workspace.
Use the password reset link on the sign-in screen and follow the email we send. For extra protection you can enable additional sign-in security from your account settings, which we recommend for anyone with access to payroll or personal data.
Each person controls their own notifications from account settings, so you hear about approvals, absence requests, and deadlines that matter to your role without noise from the rest. Admins can set sensible defaults for the team.
Workspace owners can promote a colleague to admin or revoke access from the team settings. Every change to an administrator role is recorded in the audit trail, so you always know who can reach sensitive data.
You can cancel from billing settings at any time, with no cancellation fee. Before you go, export the records you want to keep. After cancellation we delete your data on the schedule set out in our data processing agreement.
