The minimum is €99 monthly or €990 annually, including after the suite discount. Above it, your active-employee total applies.

Pricing, answered.
01How is "per employee" counted?
We count non-deleted records marked Active, On leave, or Suspended. Onboarding, Offboarding, and Terminated records do not count. Additions are prorated immediately; reductions lower the next renewal without a mid-cycle refund.
02Can I change tiers later?
Yes, any time. Tier and billing-interval changes take effect immediately with Stripe's prorated adjustment. Nothing in your data is lost when you move.
03What does the Fleet integration cost?
Nothing extra. The closed-loop integration is included on Pro and Enterprise, and running both products earns a discount across the suite.
04Do you offer a trial?
Yes. First-time Office customers get 14 days free with a card saved at signup. Unless you cancel beforehand, billing starts automatically when the trial ends.
